Welcome to the jungle!
Tribal Circuits is a 40 minutes total fitness circuit designed to achieve maximum results through high energy functional training.
- 3 minutes warm up & mobilisation
- 15 stations of 90 seconds + 30 seconds to move
- 5 minutes Cool down and stretch
It is suitable for all fitness levels as there are many ways the exercises can be progressed and regressed (made harder or easier), but it is designed to push even the fittest animals in the jungle!
Circuits include:
- Viper Press up to shoulder press
- Plyometric box jumps
- Saxon side bends
- Kettle bell Squat to Cleans
- Mini Trampolene High Knee running
- Pull up / Chin up combo
- TRX functional Press ups
- Resisted grapple punching
- Bag work
- Single leg Squats
- Jack-Knives
- Barbell Clean & Press
- Bosu Squats
- Skipping
- Ab-cycling + Med ball Throws
